How do I get started in Facturama?

Welcome to Facturama! Facturama is an e-invoicing provider that allows you to create electronic invoices, supplements, receipts, catalogs for customers and products. You can also use Payroll to generate payslips, and send Quotes that can be converted into online invoices quickly.

Sign up for an Account

When you sign up for a Facturama account, you’ll be put on a 30 day trial with 15 invoices so you can try out all of our features before committing to a plan. To sign up, use the below steps:

  1. Go to the signup page here
  2. Enter in an Username (minimum of 6 characters or more, no spaces)
    Start your trial with fields to fill out.
  3. Then enter in your Email address and again to confirm
  4. Next, add a Password (minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters or more)
  5. Then enter in your RFC (12 or 13 characters)
  6. If needed, click on the Enter a promo code link and enter in the field provided
  7. Click on the Start my free month button, and you’ll be taken to your Facturama account to finish setting up.

 

If needed, you can download the Facturama app for iOS or Android to use your account on a mobile device while on the go.

 

Pricing

You can find the pricing for Facturama at our Pricing page. Pricing is based on the number of Invoices you create. When you’re ready to upgrade, follow the steps in How do I upgrade my account?.

 

Settings

Before you can start sending invoices online, you’ll need to set up a few things in your Facturama account first:

  • Tax Profile - Set up your address, Company Name and RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry)
  • Digital Seals - Upload your Electronic Signature Key / e.Firma and your Certified Digital Signature (CSD)
  • Additional Settings - If needed, you can customize your invoice types, purchase Addenda, set up PayPal and more

 

Once you’re ready, you can start making the most of your Facturama account with these resources:

  • Catalog - Create your first Customer and Product, and add Employees
  • Create Invoices - Create your first Invoice
  • Retrieve Previous Invoices - Load your account with Invoices from others, including other platforms
  • Consult - Use Consult to update, cancel, and pay Invoices
  • Statistics - Learn how My Stats and Reports can help you keep track of your income and expenses
