Add Users to work together with you and customize the level of access they can see inside your Facturama account. These Users can be your Employees or other team members that work together with you in your Facturama account.
Access Users
To access your list of Users, use these steps:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner
- Then click on Users.
Manage Users
To add a new User, use the below steps:
- While on the Users page, click on the Add New User button
- Add the Username, Email, and Password for your User
- Next, check off the box(es) next to the types of permissions you want to your User to have access to
- Click on Save to finish.
In your list of Users, you can perform any of these actions by clicking on either:
- Delete - Click on the X icon to delete the User
- Block or Unblock - Click on the Checkmark or Blocked icon to block or unblock the User from accessing your account
- Edit - Click on the pencil icon to edit the User’s information and permissions

While inviting and managing Users, you can add or remove any of the below permissions:
