Add Customers to your account so you can invoice them as needed. You can create Customers manually or upload several Customers in bulk.
To access your Customers, use the below steps:
- Click on the Catalogs section
- Then click on the Customers sub-section.
Add Individual Customer
Add an individual Customer with these steps:
- Click on the Catalogs section
- Then click on the Customers sub-section
- Next, click on the + Add Customer button
- Enter a Name or Company Name for your Customer
- Next, add the Customer’s RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry - Tax Identification Number)
- Then specify the Invoice Usage
- Next, select the Tax Regime
- Add the Customer’s Email and if needed, up two additional email addresses
- Next, add the Customer’s Postal Code (CP)
- If needed, click on the Add Optional Data link and add the Customer’s mailing address
- Click Save and your new Customer will be added to your list of Customers.
Bulk Upload Customer
Add several Customers at once by uploading a file with these steps:
- Click on the Catalogs section
- Then click on the Customers sub-section
- Next, click on the Bulk Upload Customers link
- If you need a template, click on the Bulk Download Example link to get a .zip file with instructions and a CSV template
- Once your file is ready, click on the Upload .CSV file link
- Select your CSV
- Then click on the Process File button. If needed, click on the Process Status link to track your file upload. Once the file is finished processing, your new Customer will appear for you to manage.
Notes:
- Altering the order of columns and their labels in the template will result in the file not being uploaded
- Only .CSV file format is accepted
Manage Customers
Keep track of your Customers with these actions:
- Search - Enter a specific Customer’s Name, Company Name, RFC, Email, or Postal Code, and click Search
In your list of Customers, you can perform any of these actions by clicking on either:
- Delete - Click on the X icon to delete the Customer
- Edit - Click on the pencil icon to edit the Customer’s information

How do I export my list of Customers?
You can export a CSV file of all your Customers with these steps:
- Click on the Catalogs section
- Then click on the Customers sub-section
- Next, click on the Bulk Upload Customers link
- Click on the Download in CSV link and a CSV file will download.
