How do I create Quotes in bulk with Mass Quotes?

If you have to issue multiple Quotes at once, you can use Mass Quotes to automate the process. Mass Quotes allows you to upload up to 300 lines per CSV file of Quotes.

 

If you’re looking to create Quotes one at a time, you can use the steps in How do I create a Quote? instead.

 

To create multiple Quotes at once, use these steps: 

  1. In your Facturama account, click on the Quotes section
  2. Then click on the Mass Quotes sub-section underneath
    Mass quotes button in navigation.
  3. If you need a template, click on the Quote Documentation 4.0 link to get a .zip file with CSV templates

  4. Once your file is ready, choose the Office Branch and Series, Invoice Type is set to Quote with Version 4.0 by default for you
  5. Then click on Select File and choose your CSV file
  6. Click on the Start With Process button. Once the file is finished processing, your file will update with a message with the number of Quotes processed. You can then use Consult Quotes to manage and send your Quotes as needed.

Notes:

  • Altering the order of columns and their labels in the template will result in the file not being uploaded
  • Only .CSV file format is accepted
