Use the dedicated Consult section in your account to find specific invoices, RFCs, Company Names and more with filters. The Consult section also allows you to view invoices in PDF and XML format, as well as perform invoice-related actions like send by email, duplicate, add payments, cancel, print and download.
To access the Consult section, click on the Consult button in the top menu of your account:
From here, you can customize your search with the following filters:
- Office Branch - Choose between All Office Branches or a specific branch
- Series - Choose between All Series or a specific series
- Search - Enter the Invoice number, RFC, or Company Name
- Look For - Click on the Look For button to apply your filters and search across your invoices
- More Filters / Less Filters - Click to reveal or hide additional filters
- Invoice Type - Choose between Invoice, Expense, or Payment
- Status - Choose between Active, Cancelled, Pending, or Unanswered SAT
- Payment Method - Choose between All, PPD (Payment in Partial or Deferred Payment), or PUE (Paid in a Single Payment)
- RFCs - Enter a specific RFC
- Company Name - Enter in a specific Company Name
- Start Invoice and End Invoice Number - Enter a range of Invoice numbers
- Start Date and Final Date - Choose a specific date
Invoice View
The Invoice View allows you to see specific invoices from a search, as well as perform actions on individual invoices as needed. Click on any of the below while viewing a result:
- Invoice Type - Choose between Issued, Received, Payroll, or click on the down arrow for Withholdings

Invoice Options - Above the invoice preview, select any of the below:
- Related Documents - Click to view related documents attached to the Invoice
- PDF - Click on PDF to view the invoice as a PDF
- XML - Click on XML to view the invoice in XML

Send - Click on Send then choose either Send this invoice or Send multiple invoices
- While sending the invoice, you can specify the Email, CC for additional Emails, Subject, and Message
- While sending the invoice, you can specify the Email, CC for additional Emails, Subject, and Message
- Duplicate - Click on Duplicate, then select Version 4.0 to create a new invoice with the same details
- Pay - For Invoices being paid with the PPD method, click on Pay, then click on either Pay this Invoice or Pay Multiple Invoices, and fill out the payment information to create a new Payment Complement Invoice

Cancel - Click on Cancel, then choose a Reason for Cancellation to cancel the invoice
- Only invoices that don’t require authorization can be cancelled
- Print - Click on Print to print out a physical copy of the invoice with your printer’s dialog settings
- Download - Click on Download and a .zip file with a PDF and XML version of the invoice will be saved to your computer
Notes:
- Invoices can only be paid in Invoice View if the Payment Method is set to PPD
- Once a Payment Complement Invoice is created, it can’t be edited or deleted, delete the initial Invoice to delete the Payment Complement Invoice as well
